We stayed at the Red Roof for just one night and checked in pretty late. The front desk staff member was kind, friendly, and great to talk to. I had booked the room about 10–20 minutes before arriving, and she helped us right away, making the check-in process quick and smooth. Honestly, I didn’t expect the hotel to be this nice—no offense! I usually stay at more well-known hotels, but after this experience, I’d definitely book here again.
