Everything was very good except there was some confusion over the parking. I booked through hotels.com which lists free parking. Further down the listing I guess it says on request. When I asked the host about accessing the parking he stated that I should have asked earlier and was a bit rude about it, telling me that nowhere in the world there is unlimited parking and I should have known to ask earlier when there was nothing stating the limited nature of the parking or a timeline within which I should have submitted this request. I had to push back and they did give me parking. Other than this the stay was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Location was very close to the metro and a few minutes ride into city centre. I would recommend that the automatic message that gets sent when you book should have a note stating that if you need parking to ask about availability right away.

I was very happy with my stay here. There is laundry available which is great. The place was spacious and clean. Hot water and good shower pressure. Very conveniently located next to the metro. The only thing is its a bit noisy so bring your ear plugs.

This was my 2nd time at Home Out and once again I felt at home. There has been a great care and consideration in details and I trully felt at home. Everyday there's cleaning personnel, the rooms are spacy and have high celling. The common areas are also wide which adds the sensation of space.

Very good communication and friendly staff. Although the apartment had facilities shared with other guests, we didn’t often see anyone else and the facilities were kept clean and tidy. The room was clean, with good air con. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro stop where it took about 10/15 minutes to get into the centre of Lisbon.

Wonderful stay
The host is very helpful and responsive. He sent me instructions to check in well in advance, and allowed us to check in at 11am. The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the amenities we need. Washing liquid for the and kitchen detergent are also provided, not to mention cooking utensils. Beddings and towels are very clean. The 3 roof windows provided good sun light and cozy ambiance. Location is excellent, very close to Alameda metro station. varies bus lines are available nearby. A walk to My Auchan supermarket is only 4 mins. There is an elevator in the building ( no need to worry about carrying luggage). We will definitely stay at this apartment again in Lisbon.

Expected hostel but was a hotel room
Expected a hostel but it was a hotel room. 5 rooms with private bath had separated entrance. Shared kitchen and laundry was extra as many hotel rooms don't have them. Room was quiet, clean and spacious for 4 people. Not in downtown but close to subway station that has 2 lines, one to downtown and the other to airport. Should have paid city tax online before check-in as my stay was during weekend and office was closed. Even though office was closed, staffs responded quickly with WhatsApp.

The shared kitchen and laundry area which were fully equipped was a big bonus for us. The bathroom and the bedroom were new. The walk-in closet has plenty of space and shelves to hang up our clothes and other personal items. The light and the big mirror are also nice. Overall, the layout of the bedroom and bathroom is excellent. The space look new and professionally well laid marble tiles on the walls and floor look prestine. I highly recommend this hotel for people who sometimes want to cook their own meals for health reasons or want to save money and feel very comfortable like being in a home away from home without the expensive money that high end hotel suites charge.
