Overall, we had a lovely stay. We visited in April to enjoy the off-season calm of the Outer Cape. The cottage has clearly been refurbished recently with fresh paint and a new kitchen set up. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent--good water pressure, lots of hot water. We found the heating/cool system a bit baffling. The pictures make it seem like you'll have a little deck, which is slightly misleading. There is a deck, but it is shared by all the cottages. That said, it's got nice chairs and grills on it. The one part of this place that might bother some folks is the parking arrangement. It is VERY tight. For our cottage, we had to parallel park at the front door, which made me wonder why they bother putting nice chairs in front of the cottage, as you'd been smooshed against the car to sit in them. To get out, you either have to do a really tight three-point turn or reverse out to the road. It's not a huge deal, but if you're a nervous driver, you won't like it.
