Great spot in Red Rock
Great place to stay in Red Rock - clean, comfortable room and spacious bathroom. The owner, Don, was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Vintage Charm
This beautiful old hotel is like walking back in time. There is such history at this place. Don is very friendly and shares all kinds of information about the hotel and its origin.
This is not a hotel with stark, shiny, up to date decor, it' vintage 1940's, but the rooms are very comfortble, the bathroom is updated and modern. It's definitely worth a stop if you're looking for something unusual and timeless.

A Bit Quirky
An older hotel - a bit quirky. The AC in the room was not working so two fans were in the room. We had to open the windows to get some cool air.
The cleanliness was not up to current standards you might expect today. Bathroom ceiling fan, light fixtures & floor around the baseboards were dirty.
Landscaping was overgrown & not maintained.

This is a unique historic property that is a different and engaging experience compared to most inns. Our room had a quite nice queen bed and updated modern bath. The continental breakfast had homemade breads available that were really tasty. While this 1937 property shows its vintage, some will find this interesting and charming while others may not appreciate the atmosphere. We wondered at first if we would like this place. We ended up finding it fun and charming and would stay again. We certainly won't forget Red Rock Inn.

Was Once a Great Place to Stay
The room was very small with no AC. The wifi signal was very weak as well. The place was once a great place, but has certainly seen better days. The very much older gentleman that met us at the door was very gracious and informative. Very likable - showed us the room, etc.

So disappointing!
I gave an exceptional score for service because Don was gracious enough to give us our money back when after viewing our room,we decided there was NO way we could stay there for the night. The beds were uncomfortable to sit on . The covering on the one chair in the room was so stained, you didn’t want to sit on it . The floor covering was filthy. The bathroom was horrible. Not sure if there is a nicer section of this place that we didn’t see but there is no way it deserves the rating hotels.com gives it . I’m no snob but there is no way I or my husband could sleep there. I wish I would have taken photos because I am amazed that some people loved the property. It truly felt like we had entered a scene of a psycho movie!

Especially charming. If you, however, are the type of guest that needs a TV in your room, then, this is likely not the place for you.

A very unique quirky inn with an amazing collection of vintage junk. The building is in very poor condition overall but the public areas and rooms are in good condition & clean. Overall the facility needs a large amount of renovations and repairs. Interesting place to stay in an area with few options.

Quirky in all the right ways. This place as character and then some. Fun to explore, and situated in a truly beautiful part of the earth. Quick walk to shoreline and park. Fabulous homemade breads at breakfast. Loved it!

I often travel and prefer being off the usual beaten paths, so out-of-the-way places to visit and stay in and meet real people are always a pleasure to find. And Red Rock Inn checks every box and added new ones.
You and Lecy have created a one-of-a-kind Inn. It’s like meeting with old friends. Thank you for sharing your place and times with me. Lecy’s paintings — including on the carpet — are wonderful memories for you I’m sure.
Your recountings of your musical connections are very special for me too and are in my thoughts as I ride home.
Be well and Long May You Run.

So much history at The Red Rock Inn. Fabulous continental breakfast with Don's famous strong coffee. Beautiful rooms and generous sized washrooms. Loved talking with Don as I enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch with a view of the lake and marina. Will be back.
