An old, run-down hotel with tiny rooms, even tinier bathrooms and on a very busy road. On arrival, we were greeted by the snoring male owner at reception! We then got a lecture from the female hotel owner on everything from accessing the hotel to using the air conditioning, Covid-19 to how to park our car in their 'free parking'.
Ironically, the female owner charged us 15 Euros for parking, which I challenged. We argued, I showed her my booking and said I'd complain to hotels.com, to which she replied she didn't care. She did however care enough to change the hotel details to 'Parking available' the same day, after stealing our money. She is one of the most difficult people you could ever wish to meet, and unbelievably rude. Other reviews mirror my own description. I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy.
