Incredible Value
Great mini getaway with my 12 year old. Double bed was big enough for both of us to get a good nights sleep and Japanese buffet breakfast included for this price? Incredible value. Friendly staff, English information sheets. There is an extra cost of 100 yen for a spare towel (we got rained on) but extra pillows are free ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Except toilet it’s small and for a 6 feet person it is bit crammed.
Otherwise it is good and near to the stations and mall and eateries.

Affordable and very clean.
Very clean property. It's mainly marketed to Japanese business people so there were no Western breakfast options. Breakfast was served in grab and go bento boxes. Breakfast is the one meal of the day I have to eat something familiar so it was McDonald's or bakery option for me and I'm sorry I can't say how good their breakfast was. Everything else was very nice.

Great for a business stay
The staff was helpful and even spoke a bit of English. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Japanese style but they did have scrambled eggs for anyone wanting more western food. Its close to the station and the big mall. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying for business.

Proximity to the TX station and decent price with reasonable breakfast (carry rice and dumplings) makes it an easy choice.

Clean but......
This is a typical bare-bones business hotel. Very tiny rooms. The problem is, the rooms are cleaned at the same time as all the others; they don’t start and complete one room at a time. Rather it takes all day to complete all the rooms, as they do one task for all the rooms at a time. We had meetings off and on throughout the day and had to sit in the lobby for several total hours, unable to get back into our room. Frustrating! Breakfast was ok; mostly Japanese options but they did have bread. There is a huge mall about a 5 minute walk away with lots of food options. If you’re looking for an economical option for only sleep, stay here. If you want comfort (beds here are SUPER hard), go elsewhere. Hotel Bestland, nearby, is a lot nicer.
