Acesso ao hotel
A equipe do hotel é excelente!!! O quarto é confortável, mas seria interessante um frigobar e Wi-Fi. O que incomodou foi o percurso até o hotel. Estrada de terra e sem nenhuma iluminação. Conversei sobre isso no hotel e entendi o problema que a cidade tem com a CIA de energia elétrica. É lamentável, porque o hotel é lindo, mas o acesso não!

Fim de semana em Campos do Jordão!
O hotel ainda está em reforma. O endereço que está cadastrado não é o endereço real. Ficamos perdidos por cerca de 1 hora até encontrar o hotel. Falta sinalizacao. Ficamos no quarto 1 ainda falta colocar box no banheiro, uma mini geladeira e canais a cabo.

Ainda falta muito pra ser um Boutique & Spa
Já sabíamos que o hotel encontra-se em uma rua de difícil acesso (sem pavimentação), porém topamos o desafio por estarmos buscando um local mais afastado, tranquilo e que nos proporcionasse paz no meio da natureza. A equipe esteve em contato conosco demonstrando interesse em nos receber bem, nos enviou um mapa de como chegar, nos perguntou qual o horário previsto de chegada e preparou a recepção, foi excelente, fomos bem recebidos pela Rosana e creio que ficou nisso: já estávamos na estrada há 6 horas e cansados, só queríamos desligar um pouco para aproveitarmos a cidade no dia seguinte. A plataforma que dá acesso ao elevador não tem iluminação adequada (um sensor de presença seria útil ali), o que complica que tem dificuldades para enxergar como eu. Em relação ao quarto, confesso que fiquei até surpreso com a qualidade em termos de roupa de cama e conforto do colchão. Cama enorme, roupa de cama muito limpa e de material de altíssima qualidade. Mas a TV não funcionou, nenhum canal sequer, meu tem frigobar. Ralo do do banheiro com mau cheiro, a hidromassagem funcionou, o banheiro tem acabamento de primeira. No dia seguinte, houve um problema pontual com a água (não esquentou); foi resolvido, mas o banho foi gelado por conta disso. Café da manhã: FRACO. Poucas opções, e notamos que tinha muita obra rolando. Enfim, nos sentimos em uma casa em obra. Vai ser um hotel ainda. Por enquanto não é o que se espera de quem se propõe a oferecer essa experiência, mas tem potencial.

O Hotel é muito bonito, apenas fica a crítica construtiva para: colocar ar-condicionado, TV por assinatura (No meu quarto só consegui sintonizar Globo e SBT e mais outros canais tão ruins quanto os dois citados) e um frigobar! Se tivesse estes 3 itens, teria sido excelente! De modo geral foi muito bom.
