If you are old enough to remember youth hostels, this will suit you! Definitely not 4*. Based on hotel video was fantastic but our experience very different. They have NO double beds. Singles are just pushed together not even made into a double. No double sheet on top to make into a double. Reception closed at 10pm. First morning breakfast served on tiered trays in bar/ reception. Second morning full buffet, , but hot food dry due to heat lamps but better than first morning. No lift in our accommodation block. Appears to be a training/ tutoring facility with seminar rooms and a block solely for group sessions. No multilingual information. Vineyard looked nice. Room clean but no servicing during our stay. Hotel is basic at best definitely not a 4 *

Receptie : waardeloos, geen info, foute rekening, na het eten om 20 u geen koffie of iets anders te nuttigen , reden apparaat is al schoon en te weinig personeel. Er was helemaal niets te doen in de receptie de hele avond. Wij hebben daar nog een uur gezeten en spelletje gedaan. Personeel bij avondeten en ontbijt prima.. ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden

Tijdens onze reizen en vakanties verblijven we in diverse hotels. Echter, de "Junge Urlaubsidee für Alle" (JUFA) hotels zijn niet naar onze smaak. De kamer was klein en donker, en het bed was oncomfortabel. De badkamer was goed en de douche aangenaam, maar de ruimte was eveneens beperkt. Als groeps- en familiehotel was het op de gang lawaaierig door kinderen die rennend en springend naar hun kamers gingen. We hebben dit hotel geprobeerd, maar zullen het in de toekomst vermijden.

Auch wenn das Ambiente etwas an Jugendherberge erinnert, wird das jedoch sicherlich vielfach von dem freundlichen Personal und dem grandiosen Frühstücksbuffet wettgemacht. Schön ruhig am Wald gelegen, kein Verkehr! SUPER!
