The room was amazing as was the pool. Great location and close to MRT. Excellent pool, great reception and door staff. Hotel is a bit of a maze to get in and out of.confusing layout. Drinks are overpriced and a bit of hotel price gauging. Bar staff efficient but not warm.

Happy to be back at Andaz Singapore, its been 5 years since my last stay and not much has changed, the conditions of the rooms are still excellent. Good size room, comfortable beds, large bright windows, electronic curtains and complimentary mini bar (although the mini bar selections has reduced). This time we resquested Interconnecting rooms which was convenient for our family of five. Only one concern was hair found on the shower wall. Housekeeping standards needs to be checked.

The free minibar in the room every day was a huge plus. However, I was very upset by the false fire alarm during my stay, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, which was a bit inconvenient.
