Close proximity to subway and also to susukino area.
Would be great if they have heated toilet seat than I can also come stay during the winter :-)

The hotel has been upgraded with card-based electronic locks so room is very secure. Surroundings is safe and peaceful. Continental breakfast is served daily between 7 to 10am & staff are courteous. Five 24 hour convenience shops and a mini supermarket are under 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is just 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 or Exit 1 (with lift) of Nakajima Koen subway station. Nakajima Park is a 5 minutes walk, while Susukino station / Tanukikoji covered arcade is a 10 minutes walk if you want the exercise. The location and amenities are just excellent value for the price paid, I'll certainly stay again in future.

Perfect Choice
This hotel is very close to the last stop of the Airport Bus (Nakashima Park). There are 4-5 convenience stores nearby. Subway is just 3 blocks away. All in all is very convenient. Actually it is walkable to Susukino. And once you are there, the underground passage to Odori and Sapporo Stations is there. The tram isn't that far away either. I was very happy staying here. Oh and breakfast is included.

Hopeless breakfast at Marks Inn, Sapporo, Japan.
Close to amenities and train station. Comfortable bed and well cleaned room. Friendly staff. Disappointing breakfast as half cut croissants and bread slices most likely about three days old provided with boiled eggs, a tasteless soup and a little plate of butter to share with all the occupants. Worst breakfast in our 16 days in Japan. Could have been much better with minimum cost.

Good hotel
It was good for the price. Nice, clean, decent location. Breakfast wasn't much (just bread, hard boiled eggs, and coffee or orange juice), but the staff were pleasant and the room was cozy

Great location, average hotel.
The hotel was in a decent location. Close to Susukino and transportation! The room itself was adequate. A very no frills hotel that's good for just sleeping in a great location!

A bit outdated but still nice place to stay
Room was small but nice. Heating was working nicely. Room was clean, bed comfortable. A bit outdated but still ok. Very good wifi connection in room.
Staff was friendly although limited English was spoken. They even included free breakfast but as I was leaving each day before 7am, I didn't have a chance to check it out.
Location was great at the edge of Susukino district with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
Would stay here again.

Close to Susukino
Close to Susukino and other attractions, but extremely small even by Japanese standards. And watch out for the six inch step up into the even tinier bathroom area.
