I will be honest. My wife and I have never seen such a warm service mind and such high level hospitality staff compared to many 5 star hotels in the world. Of course, this hotel building is old. But our stay here was comfortable. This hotel is very memorable for our stay.
It was a great trip in Niigata, especially an employee who was always around the lobby. She helped to make our trip fabulous with her tips and greetings and helping us get taxis.
We stayed in this hotel many years ago and remembered it as a classy hotel ... it has lost a bit of its luster over the years. We were disappointed in the choices of food, no room service, the bar was nice but only had snacks like nuts or a cheese plate. We even walked across the bridge to Bandai area and most places had shut down by the time we got there. And this was a Saturday night,
