When we checked in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready, so we had to wait for about half an hour. We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one of them wasn’t sufficient—it was a bit warmer than we preferred. The A/C in the other room worked well. Additionally, the cobblestones in the pathways weren’t properly installed and could pose a tripping hazard. Overall, most of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, one staff member provided incorrect information about balloon rides, claiming that the premium ride was longer, went higher, and had fewer people. Later, we discovered that the only difference was the number of people in the balloons.
