Nice quiet getaway with amazing beach and rocky cl
The only thing you have to know is that they don't have bed sheets. You have to rent them for $30 euros. Everything was great except for the bed sheet dilemma. This is s place where you bring your own food and sleeping needs. Otherwise the staff was friendly and courteous to my needs.

Soggiorno rilassante
Casetta confortevole e rispecchia le caratteristiche riportate. Le ragazze che gestiscono la struttura sono molto carine e disponibili. Comodo arrivare in auto e per il parcheggio non ci sono problemi. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, davvero all'insegna del relax, migliora il tutto la vista del mare dal patio. Spiaggia della Pelosa raggiungibile a piedi.

Formiche..
Ero in vacanza con mia figlia di 2 anni e un'amica. Siamo arrivate al Poggio alle 21 e abbiamo aspettato fuori più di 20 min perché nessuno rispondeva al telefono. Arrivati nell'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato sporco..capelli sul divano, stoviglie unte e come ciliegina il letto pieno di formiche. L'indomani abbiamo fatto presente la cosa è ci è stato dato lo spray x eliminarle.. Cioè non solo non ci dovrebbero essere ma in più me le sono dovute togliere io.. Formiche anche in bagno,nella doccia.. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione tranquilla ma comoda alla spiaggia (anche a piedi). Molto gentile la coppia a cui puoi fare riferimento se hai bisogno. In generale non consiglio..soprattutto con bambini piccoli!

AIUTO!
Difficoltà nel trovare l'appartamento della custode, in mancanza di una reception. Appartamento spartano, con poco e niente. Tavoli di plastica in soggiorno, bagno e "angolo cottura", se così si può chiamare, totalmente sporchi e privi di ogni cosa. Abbiamo dovuto comprare, oltre ai detersivi per pulire l'appartamento da cima a fondo, anche un repellente per le formiche perché erano anche nel letto. Piscina della struttura priva di sedie, ombrelloni e controllo. I pro di questa struttura sono: vicinanza alla spiaggia di Stintino e la tranquillità. Non lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di giugno 2017. Consiglio questo appartamento in quanto è molto vicino alla spiaggia a piedi, perché trovare un posteggio era impossibile. L'appartamento era molto carino, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo

Tutto perfetto, un appartamento carino, con terrazzino e vista sul mare. Pulito ed accessoriato. La Sig.ra Maria Laura e la Sig.ra Tiziana, sono molto gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Il residence è molto tranquillo e rilassante. Spero di ritornarci. Molto consigliato.
