While there was no Kettle and water to make tea in the evening, nor was there an ironing and ironing board in my room, which was a shame, but the reception team were very friendly and helpful and offered to provide what was needed on a loan basis. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the underground, check in was fast and the receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and despite it was facing the street it wasn't noisy

The carpet in my room was disgustingly dirty! Rooms towards the street are rather loud (tram line, cars). Breakfast buffet, but don't expect anything special. Advantages: you can book on short notice with limited budget, metro station close by, friendly staff.

Pretty basìc hotel with no water or drinks making facilities in the room, but clean and comfortable and good value for money. Nice buffet breakfast included in room price. Friendly staff and only 5 mins walk to Kagran Platz Ubahn. A bit weird that reception o ly opens at noon but very good arrangements for arriving out of hours.

Accommodating and Kind
The hotel is easy to locate and is near public transportation. The hotel staff has been really patient with me as initially I made an error during my booking but were very accommodating when I explained my situation. They tried their best to help me out. Shout out to the friendly and kind staff of Hotel Donaustadt Kragan. Definitely one of the best hotels in the city.

For a Good Vienna Trip
Everything was almost perfect, the room(especially bathroom and bed) was really clean. The location was perfect, it was really close to U-Bahn(Kagraner Platz - 3 mins by walking) station. Hotel was close to Vienna city center via U-Bahn almost 10 mins. Breakfast was also good, clean and enough for us.
