the A/C was not connected，I have to call the front desk，first they told me there is nobody available to help me，I told them I need take shower，the room is cold，how can I take shower without A/C on，they finally got someone to help me。also the room has no trash can，when I came back for diner late night，I ask front desk to send me a trash can，they told me they will send someone，but they never did.

Will not book this motel again
I have booked the hotel from 1/8/2025 to 1/10/2025 2 nights through Hotel.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not clean. Many scraps of used tissue paper on the floor and hair/juice stains on the sheets. The pillowcases were also used. I asked the lady at the counter to replace them with new ones and clean them. She told me they had no extra pillowcases and sheets, and the cleaning staff was not available. I asked for a full refund and the lady said I had to talk to her manager the next day or I could go somewhere else. So I stayed the first night and checked out around 8:30 the next morning. I sent multiple messages through Hotel.com asking for a refund for the next day, but still no response. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and one of the beds was damaged and tilted back when I lay on it. It shows a refrigerator is included on the Hotel.com, but there was none. Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Some of the staff were nice, others were just rude with attitudes. Also some janky people like to hang around here, be mindful of the randoms walking around, day OR night!

Terrible hotel.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6. This place doesn't deserve any stars. I had a booking for two nights the week of Thanksgiving. A roach fell on me as I was sleeping. I turned the lights on and found more roaches on the wall and behind the tv. I didn't say anything that night because i was really tired so I slept with the lights on to keep them away. The mattress was terrible l've had better sleep on floor. They offered to switch my room and I said yes, second room was just as bad. Floor was dirty, hair everywhere. The towels had hair and stains on them. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't see the refund I was promised. I try calling and no one answers. I will be calling the department of consumers affairs and LA county department of public health to report the unsanitary conditions and to request an inspection.

DONT go to this hotel during shift change SMDH
night shift change staff was rude. made us wait to check in while they had a shift change and tried to force me to sit down after i explained i was fine waiting standing at the counter. HE INSISTED and the more I rejected the sit down offer he proceeded to yell at me and condescend me asking me if I understand what sit down and have seat means.
