Great location and service. Friendly staff. Can be a bit damp in the month of July. Otherwise, the rooms have plenty of blankets for warmth.

This is a unique hotel. The pros are the daytime staff, Rolando, and Oscar. It is clean and offers a spacious room. This hotel could be so much more if they had a refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. If they had a guard rail coming down the stairs as if you’re on a higher floor, it would be very treacherous, there is a restaurant upstairs in fact above the unit we stayed in, but no one told us that . it would have great views the bed was very comfortable. It is not far from the walking streets of the town, but it is up here so coming back you do have to walk up here and know where you are walking to.

Gran Opción en San Cristóbal
Muy buena opción para visitar San Cristóbal de las Casas, muy cerca del centro y de los andadores con múltiples opciones de restaurantes y además tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad. El hotel es encantador. Quizás un minisplit haría más placentera la estancia.

En general el hotel es muy bonito, tiene una vista increíble. Como su nombre lo dice hay muchas escaleras que subir. No tiene estacionamiento y las calles son un poco estrechas para quedarte ahí, hay que buscar donde.

Mala experiencia
Mala experiencia con la aplicación Hotels.com, la tarifa cobrada por noche en ese hotel fue excesiva. Ni en época alta cobran ese precio en ese hotel, además que los servicios ofrecidos en la aplicación no los cumplen en el hotel y no ofrecen ninguna solución. Y para estar catalogado como hotel boutique, la comodidad de las camas y sofás camas es mala.

Personal muy amable, desayuno rico, solo el detalle de que si no pides que te limpien la habitación no la limpian ni tienden camas, la ubicación es la mejor, todo está cerca caminando, si son adultos mayores no vayan, demasiadas escaleras!!

Hotel tranquilo.
Visitábamos regularmente el hotel por estar ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y excelente vista. sin embargo hay muchos detalles que aún no modifican. No ofrecen estacionamiento, no hay cafetera en la habitación, no ofrecen agua de cortesía. No respetaron la reservación desayuno incluido, la persona encargada del restaurante en el momento decidió no ofrecer ese servicio previo a preguntar si daban servicio a la habitación con costo extra el cual se aceptó un día antes. Siguiente día se nos negó el servicio de desayuno gratis, su justificación es que si había gente en el lugar desayunando no subiría los desayunos sin importarle lo que dijera la reservacion. Incluso comentó si queria desayunar mi familia en la terraza era con costo extra de 1000 pesos. La condición era pagar el desayuno para poder subirlo lo cual se realizó. Ósea fue un robo. Esa persona encargada en nombre del hotel decide como manejarse sin ser nada empatico con el huésped genera mala imagen y no desear regresar a hospedarse y Solo Quiero felicitar ampliamente al bellboy David excelente persona, súper amable, a ellos son a los que deben darle oportunidad de estar al frente.
