Wonderful, wonderful!
The little guest house is very well kept. And Nano is a wonderful hostess, who makes certain that you feel at home. Nano’s breakfast is wonderful, with specially created entrées. The location is in a small town, so it is far away from the noise of Sparta. But is it is only a block away from the town square, so there is easy access to very nice restaurants and a little grocery store. Some of our best Greek food was enjoyed in this little town. The whole experience of Nano’s guest house is the best that we’ve had in our first two weeks traveling in Greece.

Perfect Peloponnese Retreat

The best breakfast and most beautiful country house! The suggestions of where to eat and what to see in Sparta were spot on perfect! We loved the bed, the mineral water, and especially the breads and sweet jams/spreads in the morning. So yummy. Very easy driving to Sparta to see Leonidas and Mystras.

A bit away from the city lights, this hotel is located in a village about 25 km from Sparta. Very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were double floored and spacious. The staff were friendly. There village had a few good restaurants. It was a nice quiet walk around the country. Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice, and the regular stuff. Parking is right in front of the hotel. Overall a good experience. Will recommend.

This is a darling small property close to the center of Xirokambi. Comfortable common areas, both inside and in the center courtyard that is surrounded by the rooms and buffet area. The pool area is nice & relaxed. The rooms feel as if you are in a home. The service is perfect. Loved this property.

A Lovely comfortable and welcoming stay
As we were touring around the region Taleton was the ideal location. It’s close (within 2 hr drive) to many top tourist destinations. Very helpful staff (particularly Maria who was always very bright cheerful and spoke very good English). Accommodation was excellent, and the air on was welcome. Easy to walk into town for evening meals as well.

The room was actually more an apartment on two levels. So, plenty of space. The bed was upstairs, while the bathroom downstairs, which I would call a downside ;-). All spotless clean and new. Lovely ambience of the room and of the whole hotel, with a nice patio with fountain and a swimming pool in another patio. TV only local terrestrial channels. Wi-Fi that day was switching to another operator, so I cannot judge. At that moment connection in the room was not memorable, but surely it was a momentary problem and now long solved, which was clearly explained by the staff. Breakfast was buffet, mixed greek and continental/US style. No warm milk available, but this is common in many places. Though, I would have appreciated more if it was available. All in all, a nice stay. No place is perfect.
