The room was fine, except for no elevator. Check in process was utter confusion, they had no idea who I was and had no record our reservation. They required me to pay in order to get the price that hotels.com offered me, couldn’t use my credit card. Took 45 minutes to get checked in.

Desde o check-in até o check-out foi perfeito!

Ademais, tudo excelente.

O quarto estava impecável e a limpeza excelente!
