Excellent staff! I sent a message ahead of our stay advising mobility issues with my family and they rearranged our room allocation without any hesitation. We are really grateful for the staff being so helpful. There is also a great spread for breakfast! The rooms are so spacious, location is EXCELLENT! No hesitation in recommending this hotel - it is way above the property rating of 2 stars!

Em uma travessa da rua principal, fácil de achar, perto do Duomo e da Torre. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Como o café da manhã inicia às 7:30 e teríamos que sair antes desse horário, se dispuseram a preparar um lanchinho e deixar na recepção. O check-in é entre as 8 e 22 hs. O elevador não funciona entre as 20 e 7 horas. Colchão e travesseiros confortáveis. Banheiro com banheira e chuveiro ótimo. Ar condicionado e ventilador. Frigobar com água, chaleira com chás Tem um mercado PAM na frente do hotel e 2 restaurantes. Apesar de ser um local tranquilo, dá para ouvir o sino da igreja que toca de hora em hora, inclusive de madrugada. Às 6 hs começa o movimento de descarga de mercadoria no supermercado e a limpeza das ruas. Então, apesar do hotel ser ótimo, melhor levar protetor de ouvido.
