10/10 Exceptional

The hotel suite is well located close to the central railway station. Check-in was seamless. While there were no towels on arrival, this was quickly resolved after a phone call. The room is air conditioned. It is close to shopping and groceries as well as restaurants. The kitchen is adequately equipped. We recommend taking a few dishwasher pods, as these are not provided. For longer stays, extra Nespresso compatible coffee pods should also be packed (original).

L’ho trovato molto pratico e veloce.

4/10 Fair

We stayed as a group, each using a separate room. My showerhead came off the hose, and although I contacted support, I received a response, but they did not repair it. My friend's room was missing towels.
