Interesting property. It feels like a student halls of residence. Definitely recommended for younger folks who want to use communal areas and be around people. Also perfect for anyone who just wants their own space. Enjoyed my stay, I kept to myself but it was nice to see all the activity happening.

A bit loud as near the train and bus stations, one of the rooms shower wasn’t working (or we couldn’t figure out how to use it as it was handicap modified) and gets a bit hot as we had no A/C. But besides that, place is great. Plenty of activities, friendly staff and clean place.

Lovely space, clean and clean and well located. There was no AC. Some staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic, I would skip that. They have a well curated and decorated space. If you need quiet there are areas for that, if you need entertainment there’s also space for that. All round good experience. The bus station is right next to the hotel which is a plus.

Alternative Hotel but it is very good. You can easy work there in the lobby and in the rooms you have Freeze that is clean, sink big closet for shirts. Really optimal if you come for business.

Nice and clean environment. Near to coach station and train station. There is a supermarket at the coach station, very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights and the experience was good. Only one thing is not many restaurants around the hotel, and I have to go to old town where I can find a lot of restaurants.

Find it hard to belive that a property with this many rooms does not have a 24 hour front desk. Stayed two nights and never saw a member of staff. The codes worked to get us in and get our room keys, but it would have been useful if there were staff on site to assist. The floor in the room seemed to be a bit gritty, so many not have been well cleaned before we arrived. The location is close to the railway station. We did not need to make any use of the extra facilities, but they were well signposted.

My Experience at the Hotel Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a little disappointing. First, I was not informed beforehand about the additional €6 city tax for my three-night stay. I have travelled several times and stayed in different hotels, but I have never encountered this situation before. I understand that city taxes are common in some places, but I believe guests should be informed about these additional charges in advance. The room also looked unfinished, as you could still see the bare cement on the ceiling without any paint. The bed was quite basic, with a very thin mattress, which made it less comfortable than I expected. Regarding the staff, one was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience with the service was not quite what I had hoped for. I understand that every hotel is different, and I appreciate the effort involved in running one. However, I believe guests should have clear information before arrival and a room that meets reasonable expectations for comfort and presentation. I hope the hotel takes this feedback positively and makes improvements for future guests.

Really clean and a good quality for the price. A little warm to sleep before the night cooled, but also quiet area so keeping the window open was fine. Appreciated the small complementary tin of candy!
