The place is new. It is a small place only 14 units, therefore, it is quiet. The room is clean and has central AC. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is close to the airport. A shout out to the front desk staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the beds are too firm which caused some backache. Other than that we definitely love the place, and would not mind staying at Tera The S the next time.

The apartment is excellent. It's lovely. Perfect for a small family. It was well maintained to perfection and has all the amenities required for a stay. We were provided with drinking water which wasmuch needed. Kaiz and other receptionist are quite helpful.
