We rebooked a second weekend and stayed twice. Staff are cheerful and friendly. Meals hit the spot on a chilly, rainy evening and breakfast was spot on. It's great for a stop on a longer trip. Our second stay was to explore the area. Both visits were lovely. We will return!

The Windows could’t be opened..because of safety I suppose. I’m sorry to have to tell you that the bathroom floor was a bit sticky and needs better cleaning. I chose the hotel because of good location and for easy journey to Heathrow AirPort. The staff was always helpful when I needed help.

Overall, it was ok. Clean and spacious enough. Location is great. Just a shame their card system didn't work during our stay

Stunningly quiet despite the location & I am super fussy about this. Excellent check in assistance and proactiveness confirming special requests. Excellent GF knowledge & care with dinner things ordered.

The building (outside) is the ugliest in Kingston (and that means something as Kingston is not exactly attractive), but once inside it is quite okay. The breakfast was good and also good value for money.

I loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend the facility to others. Great location with transportation network all around. Very clean rooms. Charming and very friendly staff. I loved most the breakfast. Wide variety /choices and the coffee was great. I remember most the elderly man - sorry i am forgetting his name. Very humble. Always wearing a smileband ready to help. Keep up the good work.

I was absolutely delighted with the bed. It was incredibly comfortable and the comforter was excellent. Pillows weren’t great and there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. Breakfast was typical hotel food.

Clean room comfortable bed Note uk king is smaller than us king Cannot get in before 3pm unless u pay £15 early check in. Not much interaction with staff Housekeeper was very pleasant and amenable

The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to figure out why GPS wouldn’t get us there… (need to type in Lady Booth, not Premier Inn). This is the sort of thing hotel websites and emails should be doing.

Good location, well connected. Check-in process was tedious because the payment machines did not work. The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues.

8/10 Very good

The bed was comfortable and the aircon was great. However, the bathroom only had a fixed rain shower and no handheld shower head, which was very inconvenient. My room was right near the main entrance, so the door made noise every time people walked past. There is no parking outside the hotel, and the area nearby smells bad.
