Very clever but simple method to gain access to your room, feels safe. There are no staff on the premises, but you do get answers to any queries straight away via messaging. Car parking on the street. The room was clean and compact, the complimentary drinks in the fridge and snacks were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable (3 of us in a room), towels were lovely, big and soft. Toiletries were very good. City view was the only disappointment - its a view of the apartment block next door! Having said that we didn't spend much time in the room. Easy walking distance to the town centre.
