Great family-friendly hotel. My kids loved the game room and the outdoor spaces with swinging chairs, cornhole, and a fire pit are wonderful for relaxing.

The game room was a blast! Plenty of room for our family of five and we loved being able to cook our own food. Easy access to Sequoia National Park.

Nice, clean room. Only complaint is the walls are very thin so every little sound can be heard.

This hotel offers a range of amenities that—while appearing simple at first glance—are highly practical: for instance, a small but well-equipped communal kitchen, a barbecue area complete with a grill and comfortable seating, as well as a game room. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The hotel is located approximately 4 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.

The room was a great decent size. Loved that there was access to the river there as well. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Loved that there was an actual kitchen on the property to cook your food. A very quiet and delightful stay.

This location is just the magical mini getaway that I needed… I cannot wait to come back for a longer trip with the family. A comfortable space to sleep with a access to a shared kitchen, community game room and so many other amenities make it a one of a kind find. My favorite part was walking down to the river to enjoy my morning coffee. :)

The motel has been renovated, seems to have been around a long time, but pretty clean and cozy inside. Winter stay and we stayed warm all night. Nice amenities…..kitchen, game room, ice machine, close parking to rooms. Kaweah River nearby and have their own section to enjoy!

Great location and pet friendly
Sequoia Village is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Sequoia National Park. The location is very convenient and close to the park entrance, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We also appreciated that the property is pet friendly with no pet fee, which is a big plus when traveling with dogs.
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful during our stay.
Unfortunately, the only issue we experienced was that there was no hot water for the shower, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant and the location and pet-friendly policy are definitely highlights.

We were excited for our stay but were disappointed when we entered our room by the snell of urine in the living room. I notified the front desk and they went into immediate action. While we left the room to explore the park the hotel staff replaced the sofa in the living room. They were amazing.

This place was so charming ! staying there literally feels like a little community. they have a communal kitchenette, laundry and the owner does a fire every night. it’s a very warm, welcoming and cute little “cabin” experience with hot chocolate in the lobby. i really liked my stay here.

Sequoia village feels like a lovely home environment (instead of typical cookie cutter hotels). The 2 queen room was very spacious with dining tables and kitchen area. There kids loved the game room with foosball, paceman and board games. The hotel even has a community kitchen! It is right next to sequoia National Park so the location is perfect too!

The apartment was very spacious and clean, with everything you need to stay as long as you like. Enjoy the private river access! They have games, books, Roku tv, a game room, and free laundry and detergent. The beds are soft and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The staff is nice and helpful. That the location SO CLOSE to Sequoia National Park is perfect!

Upon arrival staff was very welcoming and friendly. Requested a room with an outside seating area and staff was able to accommodate us with an available room. It had a small but clean porch with a sitting area. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and sink. With a lot of kitchen ware on hand. Room was clean and spacious. Had a sitting area with the tv. The hotel had a game room and a communal kitchen for the rooms that did not have one. Walk to river front and close to restaurants. Staff was helpful and checked on up whenever we were seen. Will definitely stay again.

Staff is nice, amenities are nice with the kitchen and game room. The issue? Sleeping. The sliding glass front doors are frosted but let in a ton of light from outside lights and the moon if it’s full. Blackout curtains are too small and don’t cover the width of the front doors in total. I was up half the night. I wanted to rate two stars but the truth is if you are comfortable wearing an eye mask it’s a 4.

The check in staff was extremely friendly and the price, for the area, was unbeatable.
However, if not for the price ($70), I would give them a 1-2 star for the room for the following reasons;
1. The shower cold water handle spun free, and required us to use a sock with grip soles to grab the bare copper tube to turn the cold water on.
2. The heater pumped cold air 70% of the time, so we were cold most of the night.
3. The window curtain fell off the wall in the middle of the night.
4. We found a bed bug the following morning, and our 4 month old has several bites on him.
So if you're on a tight budget, or you're looking for a National Lampoon's style disaster comedy, this is the place to stop.
