This is an average hotel located in a busy part of Lisbon. We choose it because it is one of the few hotels that listed parking and a credit towards the fee. We weren’t able to use thieir parking area and had to park on the street, which was very hard to find.

A 5 Star Stay
I really enjoyed my stay at Neya Lisboa. Even though I arrived before the stated check in time the staff did their best to get me in and even called me to let me know when the room was ready. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the staff there couldn`t have been nicer. Our room was spotless and was extremely well cleaned each day of my three day visit. The room was really well laid out and there was plenty of room for my luggage without feeling crowded. Excellent lighting as well. The hotel is not very central but not far from the Pombal area which is my favourite part of the city to stay.

Dissapointing experience
Not a very good experience - the location is 30 min from centre of the city, the hotel is clean, albeit a bit boring with under par facilities. Breakfast was okay, but not great. The “lounge” bar is without any form of ambience and the service level is not exciting almost. The rooms were fine without being anymore than that. Expected much more.
