I checked-in. This facility is unprofessional. Did not even respond to my messages. I had to book elsewhere instead. I rarely give negative reviews. And I'll give it here. There are far more convenient places to rent at near Pasay. Not this. Never!

We did not stay here. The owner asked my husband to cancel the booking online and pay the owner/handler in cash . Unfortunately , he is not the one who made the booking. They did not allow my husband and my 2 kids 9 &3 yrs old to stay . They waited from 3pm until midnight. But they did not let him in even if its paid already and a confirmation # is presented. The owner or whoever is the one handling this did not show up. So rude to think they never consider my kids. I contacted expedia and reported this already. Please be considerate next time . What if it happens to you or your family? Why we need to cancel it online and pay you in cash?
