Being right in the centre of old town parking was a challenge however, aside from that the accommodations were outstanding

The location could not be better!! Right in the city center. So close to the bus station. All the tours are picking you up minute away from the hotel. Nice room views. Very pleasant staff. Room was cleaned every day, thoroughly. Highly recommend.

The room was excellently located and a very good price. It was spotless and the staff were friendly. I arrived after hours and was given good instructions for accessing the keys and room. There is a cheap restaurant breakfast you can purchase while staying. I’d stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Kind, helpful staff. The area around the property was wonderful, with plenty of restaurants and tourist sights within walking distance. The one thing that was a bit difficult was the fact that there is no elevator, so you have to haul your bags up multiple flights of stairs. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Location is amazing! Right in the heart of old town. The cleaning lady is so friendly and welcoming. All reception staff were very helpful. Rooms are really modern and clean. The communal stairs are quite steep so if you’re not very mobile you may struggle. It’s a really busy street but the windows were really good and kept the sound out. Would stay here again!

Loved the apartment, situated ideally for getting around Chania. Staff friendly and very helpful. Everywhere was spotless, bed was so comfortable, bedding lovely. Bedroom nicely fitted with big walk in shower. Our only problem was the stairs. We wanted the space of the roof terrace which was great but getting up there became a problem because of our age, fine for anyone young and fit. Umbrella on terrace wasn’t a tilt and turn so inefficient . Evening time fumes from restaurant extraction was sometimes a problem. We would stay again but on the ground floor so only one set of stairs and forgo the outside space

Hotel is very well located within the old town, a 7 minute walk to the Venetian harbour and 2 minutes to the Agora Bus stop. The suite we booked was small but was functional for our 10 day stay. We had a nice balcony to view the street life below. Would recommend booking one of the larger suites for 2 people if your stay is a week or longer. Shower, small fridge, and AC worked great, note the shower drain was slow, probably due to the greek piping system which cannot handle large volumes of water but we adjusted by using less pressure. Staff here are very kind and helpful, special mentions to Matilda(reception) and Monika(house keeping) for taking care of us during our stay. Note, there is music and noise at night since the property is close to a lively street. If you are a light sleeper, this may hinder you. For us it was manageable.

The room was really nice-clean, spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Conditioner worked fine. I even got an upgrade, so this was a nice touch. There was a good communication from the property as well, they informed about check-in and check-out process. Staff is not present at all times, but are available nearby, you just have to call. When I couldn’t figure out how to open an entrance door, check-in lady showed up within 5 minutes and assisted. The only downside of the stay was a constant noise. There’s a construction during the day in front of the property (to be fair, they informed about it in advance, and it’s completely out of their hands), and a loud restaurant on the street at night (like really loud). I had earplugs so was able to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper as myself, you have to be prepared. Overall-great location, great facilities, fairly priced.

Rent bittelite rom med liten balkong. Trangt for to personer med kofferter. Greit nok for par netter. Personalet var hjelpsomme og hyggelige .
