I loved everything about this hotel, other than at the time we stayed not everything was open with the water parks and lots of things are under construction at the moment, I would say when they have everything open this would be a 5 star hotel tho! Lots of food options and things to do and the staff keep you up to date daily on this as well. Check in was easy and getting around was easy after you find your way and get the hang of it. Parking is slim at night on the weekend that was one of the only downsides as well but that's expected. Would stay here and again and recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Our room was right next to the pool. I love that you can just send a text for any needs and to check out. The rooftop pool was amazing as well as the lazy river. We had tall ceilings in our room which made a small space seem less crowded.

Our family had a great time. Our girls built bears, the lady in that store was amazing and great with our kids. Rooms were clean and great location. Waterpark was enjoyable, we spent most of the time in the tiny kids area. My only complaint would be the older kids playing on the little double slide and splashing and kicking my 18 month old.

The rooms were clean but did have an odor of staleness. Definitely a family friendly place. The food was overpriced in the restaurants. I was sad that not all the rides in the water park were working. The 4 star is because we went with a group of people and made reservations to be in two rooms next to each other. The reservation was 2 months in advance and we were given rooms far from each other which was disappointing

They felt either unstaffed or inexperienced at the job! I don’t mind paying for good food and good service. But when both lack it’s a little disturbing! The woman at the PAID breakfast buffet is RUDE! She should be cleaning rooms and FAR AWAY from direct customer service. Breakfast was a JOKE! I’ve had better food (and service) at a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST The rooms had been “updated” but in a very poor fashion. The bathtub faucet wasn’t even caulked to the wall so when we pulled the lever to start the shower it did nothing. We had to hold the faucet in order to pull the lever. Every shower bar was crooked. It was obvious this place was updated in a cheap and quick fashion. The waterpark was a BLAST! We will definitely be back just to visit the water park. The rest of the place we could do without though.
