Check in was a little confusing as there is no front desk. Was supposed to get an email and never got it, called them and everthing got solved. Parking was free, but dont forget to get your parking pass at the Outrigger Desk. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. Room had washer and dryer which was convenient. Don't know if it was because of recent flooding and moisture we did see a couple of roaches in the room. But outside I saw signs they were doing extermination, there was a small detour to the place as the road was damaged due to recent flooding all in all we had a good stay. And would probably stay again. Mostly minor inconveniences but we kind of expected it due to all the flooding Maui had in the recent days before we got there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Signature Residences at Maui Banyan. The condo was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfy beds. The view from the lanai was stunning! The beach is just across the street, and the pools were great for relaxing. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Easy check-in, great communication—this place made our Maui trip effortless and memorable. We’ll be back!

I booked an ocean-view unit, but upon arrival, the host/property manager assigned me a garden-view unit with ongoing construction nearby instead. The unit was filthy, the AC barely blew cool air, and one of the double beds was broken. To make matters worse, the AC unit was extremely loud and constantly turned on and off throughout the night, making it very difficult to get any decent sleep. Unfortunately, this completely ruined my vacation experience. I contacted both Hotels.com and the property management company multiple times, but neither addressed the issues or offered to move us to another unit. I have been a long-time Hotels.com customer, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a vacation booking.

Roaches, bugs, rusty appliances, appliances didn’t work. Aesthetically it was disappointing. There were no matching towels. The silverware didn’t match. The closet doors didn’t close, the mirrors were chipped.. I specifically asked the rental company if the property was updated and they said it was tiptop condition. It’s a total lie.
