We experienced lots of issues during our stay. Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. Once we got upstairs they had checked us into a dirty room where housekeeping was still working. Many other issues as well.
