O apartamento em que ficamos (apto 223) corresponde às fotos apresentadas no anúncio, sendo fiel à realidade. No entanto, durante nossa estadia, o local estava passando por obras no mezanino. O barulho de lixadeira começava por volta das 9h, o que compromete bastante o conforto — inclusive dificultando até assistir TV. Recomendo entrar em contato previamente para verificar se as obras já foram finalizadas antes de efetuar a reserva.

Lugar excelente, apartamento confortável e funcional, limpo e atende a todos os requisitos pra quem deseja locar. Porém, tivemos de sair antes do dia porque o condomínio estava em reforma e nas áreas comuns havia trabalhadores fazendo reparos o que gerou muito barulho, retirando o sossego local. Além disso, infelizmente deu um problema na piscina e ninguém podia usufruir. Lamentável! De uma outra vez, talvez seria melhor a estadia.
