The check in system is a bit new to everyone. No reception and no staff at the hotel to help if you failed the online checkin to obtain the entrance gate’s pin. Overall, this is a new hotel, rooms are clean with a nice coffee machine and fridge is cold. The kings beds are big and mattresses are firm. Highly recommend for families of 4.

I had a great stay at EA Hotel Moment. The location is excellent — it’s close to pretty much everything, which made getting around the city really easy. The room looked modern and new, very clean and comfortable. The shower was especially great and one of the highlights of the stay. Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Not a good hotel. The battery in our door didn’t work so had to call staff who were quite rude. They never fixed the door even when the problem was reported. So we had to call the staff every time and the staff would decline our call 5-6times before answering so we had to wait 20 minutes ti get into our room. The link to the booking site stopped working in the morning long before checkout time. The hotel was a very bad experience.

Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk, Uçağımızın erken inişi nedeni ile girişimizin erken saate alınmasını istedik. Defalarca bununla ilgili mesaj ve mail yolu ile ulaşmamıza rağmen olumlu yada olumsuz dönüş alamadık. Bunun dışında otel çok temizdi. Merkez tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde oluşu, turistik bölgelere yakınlığı (yürüme ile gidilebilir olması) çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı harikaydı. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan çok yardımcı oluyor. Aile olarak rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

숙소는 최신식이예요. 유럽에서 현관에 번호를 누르고 들어간 곳은 여기가 처음이예요. 숙소도 엄청 깔끔하고 프라하성이 보여서 너무 예뻤습니다. 그러나 차를 가지고 오신다면 불편합니다. 숙소에서 걸어서 5~7분 거리에 있는 다른 숙소에 세워야 하는데 자리도 좁고 짐도 들고 다시 숙소로 오는 과정이 많이 번거롭고 불편했습니다. 차만 아니면 기차역, 박물관과도 가깝고 만족스럽습니다.
