The location is convenient, but the hotel is tucked away in a back alley which can feel a bit uncomfortable at night.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to serious hygiene issues. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from both the room and bathroom. Even during check-in, the toilet paper in the room looked poorly prepared and not properly folded, which immediately gave an unclean impression. The slippers were also extremely worn out and looked reused.
Another issue was that the hotel listed bathtubs as part of the room facilities, but the room actually did not have one at all.
Communication was also difficult throughout the stay. I emailed the hotel twice before arrival and never received any reply. In addition, almost all facility instructions were written only in Korean, and many staff members spoke very limited English, making communication quite challenging for international guests.
Overall, while the location is convenient, the hygiene, inaccurate room information, and lack of communication made the stay far below expectations.
