Room was quite nice, the bed very comfortable and the shower had very good pressure. Breakfast options were also very good, hot food actually being kept hot and every seemed good quality. Location also suited us well, quite close to tram and bus stops, reasonably short walk to her old town and as well as being a short walk to the ferry terminal.

We really liked the hotel. It is new and very clean. Wonderful parking garage. Breakfast was amazing. But it is a bus tour hotel and breakfast is busy at times. Room only gets cleaned every 3 days which was a problem for us. We had a typical american style King bed. Very walkable to the old town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very modern and comfortable. It was also very clean, spacious and bright. The location is great, as the hotel is very near the marina and the walking distance to the old town is quite short. We did not have breakfast or other food at the hotel, so I cannot say anything about that. I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again!

This hotel is very convenient to Ferry Terminal A, being only a 10 minute walk away. It’s still close enough to walk into the center and allows easy access to the waterfront paths. A very clean and modern property. Staff are friendly. Several cafes nearby - Kodu and the Boulangerie both serving great coffee.
