The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed, bathroom, flooring, and overall presentation were excellent. The staff was helpful, attentive, and compassionate, and they answered every question I had about the hotel or the surrounding area. The bar was top-notch, and the bartender, Devon, provided excellent service; his drinks were amazing, and my wife loved them. Daniel gave my family a tour of the property, which we really appreciated. After touring the property with Daniel and listening to him, I walked away knowing that when I return to Guyana, I'm staying at the Jewel’s, and my family and friends are too. We were sold after the hotel tour, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Guyana.

I had a really great stay at Jewelz By King's Hotel. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. From the security at the front to the staff inside, everyone was helpful and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The hotel has modern amenities and everything was clean and well put together. The overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was excellent—definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again.

Very large, quiet and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows and linen. Ver nice large shower with Molten Brown soaps. Really courteous, professional and helpful staff all round. Great cocktails at the bar downstairs. Great food and service in the top floor fine dining restaurant. Definitely the best hotel in Georgetown by a very large margin. Special thank you to the staff for looking after us so well and providing an extremely thoughtful and wonderful "just married" surprise in our room on our wedding night. Thank you x

The property is very clean smell so good. The staff are ok, could be better especially during breakfast. The staff take long to take orders and sometimes get a bit confused. I think they need training and the supervisor needs to assist when there is a crowd. Secondly the room is beautiful cleaned but missing a drinking glasses. I would recommend you add glasses to the rooms because not everyone likes to drink from the water bottle.

Overall the property is nice. It’s a bit expensive for the La know amenities. The rooftop skybar wasn’t open. Gym wasn’t opened. One restaurant was open, however the menu was ok and the price was very expensive. I ordered the crème brûlée, worst crème brûlée I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t mind staying here once the property is fully up and running. The staff was nice but not very engaging unless you engage them. Again, nice property but based on location, available amenities, food and cost I’d reconsider staying here again. #Overpriced
