The rooms were clean and modern. The guy that checked us in helped carry our bags up the stairs.
Parking was a bit of a jam, we got in Sunday evening, and the pub was packed, we had to wade thru the pub to get to the check in desk.
The hotel was adjoining so I would leave the bags til you get checked in, then head outside to the rooms next door.
Once we got settled the pub was great, live traditional Irish music, very friendly atmosphere

Loads of parking and easy to get to Galway from here. Beds were comfy and it was clean. You could hear everything happening outside the room though, and it wasn't the clearest that you had to check in in the bar.

This was our fav place that we stayed so far in Ireland. The staff were amazing. Joe was our server for dinner and he was AMAZING. The food was sooooo good and our room was extremely clean and well taken care of.

The rooms are very small, there is not customer service, you need to go to the bar to check in and no body to help you with any room service, very far from the city and transportation even know said 20 minutes they charge $40+ each way I won’t recommend for more than 1 day stay

My stay was disappointing. The room was much smaller than expected, and the pictures online were quite deceptive. It didn’t match what was shown in the listing, and it felt cramped and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price.

Check in time was 2 o’clock, but the room was not ready until after 4 o’clock , No washcloths and the toilet will not flush, nice shower but no shelves to put anything on, beds are cheap children’s beds that squeak terribly, every move makes a loud squeak
, no tv, no WiFi, no fan or air conditioning, two windows that open without screens bathroom door does not seal so anyone can see in, no tables kettle and cups sitting on window sill, fire alarm in hallway started beeping loudly at 3am, And would not stop
