The location is excellent closest to the train station, like 8 min walk. The room had enough space, however had some problems of humidity in the wall. The bedsheet was dirty but we ask to a change and the personal kindly agreed. For the breakfast they had variety but bugs (moscas) flying around but the lady serving the meal was very kind. If a walkable area, and for the price is reasonable the conditions.

The room and bathroom especially was extremely dirty, and full of hair. Don’t even think they cleaned the bathroom. Also they advertise a breakfast buffet which I thought was rare to find in Aguas Calientes and it is false. There is no buffet but they just bring eggs and coffee to your room. Customer service desk guy was great. They close late and turn off all lights. When we went out to get something to drink we had to use our phones to guide our way out and back in. It is pretty noisy but that’s expected with everyone going out there to have a good time.

The first night the room I was given was right next to the the lobby so it was very noisy. Then the people who were upstairs were constantly jumping and banging on the floor until after midnight. I also noticed black spotting on the wall which turned out to be mold. I asked for a room chang the next day and they refused. Then on the third day as I was leaving to go out they came in and told me that I had to move to another smaller room. I did not understand why. The room they gave me was even worse, it had black mold on the walls and ceiling, and mold and leaking joints on the sink pipes. I asked for a refund but of course I could not get one. I wanted to lodge a complaint to the government on the Lobro de Reclamaciones book but could not get them to understand that although I plan to do that when I get back home. Then as I was leaving I could not get anyone to help me take my luggage down the stairs. My advice: do not book this "hotel" under any circumstances! It should be shut down until it is made safe for human occupation.

Facil de achar, quarto e banheiros limpos, o hotel tinha secador de cabelos, o que é um diferencial nessa região. Tinha chá e folhas de coca a disposição. Apesar de ter o café da manhã incluído, não tomamos pois saímos muito cedo para o Machu Picchu.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Hotel Litan en Aguas Calientes. Desde mi llegada, la atención fue impecable. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estuvo excelente: limpia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. El desayuno también fue muy bueno, con opciones variadas y de calidad para comenzar el día. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de buses que llevan a Machu Picchu y a pocos minutos de la estación de tren, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad. En general, todo fue perfecto: la atención, la habitación, el desayuno y el servicio del staff. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que visite Aguas Calientes y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Tive um problema com esse hotel. Meu marido preciso ficar hospitalizado e com isso não quiseram devolver 1 diária. Fora o quarto com mofo nas paredes e extremamente apertado. Muito barulho a noite não podendo nem descansar. Se for uma estadia creio que tenha hotéis melhores para buscar.

Caro para o que se propõe

É um tipo de hospedagem muito simples, contém apenas o mínimo para não estar dormindo na rua. Não forneceram toalhas, o banheiro estava super molhado já na entrada, os travesseiros muito ruins. A porta do quarto tem uma janela de vidro que permite que a luz do corredor entre a qualquer horário, dificultando o sono. Não tem espaço para guardar bolsas ou malas. O wifi não funcionava. O café da manhã só foi servido a partir das 7h, caso seu passeio para Machu Picchu seja mais cedo você não consegue comer, foi nosso caso. A localização é boa pois não fica perto do trem.
