Apart from problems with shower/ water temperature on arrival due to hotel maintenance work, this hotel is really excellent. The staff are great and the facilities are excellent. Excellent stay
The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was near to the old city centre within walking distance. The hotel also near to shops to get water, fruits and fresh coffee. There were a few restaurants near by. The hotel staff May and Alex were very friendly and helpful. We also met the hotel manager Charro who recommended us quite a few places of interest to visit while in Madrid.
