2/10 Poor

Expedia messed up big time!! The property was beautiful and the fantastic staff helped us through this nightmare, which was caused by Expedia, The booking was never confirmed with this hotel, However Expedia confirmed, Took payment and carried on sending us instructions and directions etc, We arrived at 2am and there was no key in the safe area, We couldn't get in touch with any one! We slept on the floor of the terrace as we had no other option, There were 4 of us including a child, A big thank you to Carlo Mifsud the hotel owner for helping us, I wouldn't use Expedia ever again!

10/10 Exceptional

La chambre était spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Nous bénéficions d'une terrasse fort agréable. Le personnel passe chaque matin pour refaire la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec du choix au 4ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur le port. Villa del porto est très calme comme il kalkara et notre chambre au 1er étage était très insonorisée. La climatisation est top ! Carlos le directeur est très sympathique. Ce que nous avons le moins aimé : les horaires de début du petit déjeuner trop tardifs 8h Villa del porto est proche des 3 cités mais éloignée du reste de l île comme la valette etc...
