We had a great stay! Our room was very large, updated, comfortable and private. Would absolutely stay here again and save a couple hundred dollars vs staying in Canal Park. We did see some sketchy characters when we were walking around after dark, but never felt unsafe.

Our suite was excellent, views terrific, and the staff was very helpful. The only downside to our stay was that there was no parking and you had to go to a ramp a block and a half away. Although, the hotel did have connections with the ramp for minimal parking cost.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and updated. We really enjoyed having a full oven and stove as well as a full fridge with freezer. The bed was comfortable even if the fitted sheet kept sliding off. We were there over the weekend and it’s was very quiet. We didn’t really see much of downtown Duluth but did enjoy driving along the coast of Lake Superior and getting pies at Betty’s. If we’re ever in the area again this will be our go to place!

I booked a bright two bedroom suite on an upper floor with great views of the Lake and lakefront area. It was spacious, absolutely clean and the kitchen was well-furnished. I parked in the City parking facility two blocks away, paying $10 at the Hotel. Great value for often (for whatever reason?) Duluth.

The rooms are very modern and updated which was amazing. Only thing would be we could tell the room we stayed in hadn’t had a visitor for awhile as dust was accumulated. But nothing super serious, staff working was very friendly and welcoming. Parking is inconvenient as having to pay $15 average for 24 hours but that’s the location anyways everywhere. Would recommend this hotel plenty to everyone.

Parking was $10. Walking to the hotel at night would be questionable from the lot a couple blocks away. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms all had mini splits, but they worked wonderfully and kept the temperature perfectly. If this hotel had a breakfast like embassy suites it would be #1 on our list of hotels to stay at even without a pool. The view was great. Plenty of room for a family. Nice kitchen table to do a puzzle on while watching the sunrise. House keeping was slamming on the doors at 10:55 to leave.
