Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt in Panoramahotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bereits vor der Ankunft per Mail wurde mir immer schnell geantwortet. Frau Werle vom Empfang ist uns hier besonders aufgefallen. In der Bar haben wir einen Cosmopolitan bestellt, der nicht auf der Karte stand. Der fehlende Cranberry-Saft wurde kurzerhand frisch zubereitet. Der Chef der Unterkunft war sehr bestrebt, uns bei der Wanderplanung zu helfen, er war sehr gut über die Wege und derzeitige Situationen informiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und das Feuerzeug :).
