8/10 Very good

My misunderstanding; this is "not hotel" but condominium service. It was very tricky to get the security card to enter this facility. But after getting it, it was very confutable stay, clean room, nice view. It was my little disappointment that I can't find the microwave in my kitchen.

2/10 Poor

The owner was horrible, rude and irresponsible did not follow up with us, did not let us check in the second day. We didn't arrive on time so lost the first day but on the morning of the second they made us wait and didn't let us in. Did not pick up the phone nor answer our messages. We had to book another apartment for that day.

They never check us in. Just because we arrived late even though we let them know we are going to be late. We want the refund. They never resolve the problem. So disappointed
