Clean building, nice staff. It is very loud in this hotel, and the furniture is remarkably cheap. I had to adjust the legs on my bed frame when I arrived because the bed was not level. Safety in the parking lot was a little bit of a concern.

Great people and amenities, awful bed.

The staff was amazing, and the room was spacious and had a fridge and small cooktop; it was great! However, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on; my husband and I both were tossing and turning all night. Further, I don't know if it was something a guest had done, but there was a very unpleasant smell that lingered in the elevator throughout our overnight stay.

Wouldn’t stay again at this chain.

Hotel did its job for providing a place to sleep at night. However, the hotel seemed to skimp out on costs in more necessary places. Kitchen and bathroom features were very nice! But the bed felt like sleeping on concrete. There were two of us staying there and they only provided towels/pillows for just one guest. The walls are paper thin and if you’re a light sleeper, you shouldn’t stay here. We were woken up every night by loud noises from other guests around us, both next to and above/below. Overall, the room was clean and provided a place to rest. Comfort level was 0/5.

I don’t understand how the price doubled in the time we spent there from June 4 one night until we flew back in on the 10th and the person at the desk could not explain! Since it was 1 AM and we were exhausted we didn’t argue .

The hotel is new so it was very clean. They must’ve went with the lowest bids as the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything going on in room next to you, and I mean EVERYTHING!!! Our neighbors woke me up 4 times during the night with the bed frame hitting the wall. It was an extended stay hotel so maybe it makes a difference in the amenities you receive. There was no shsmpoo

2-Star Review: I recently stayed at WoodSpring Suites and while the room itself was clean, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. It was frustrating trying to get a remote for the TV—something that should be standard and ready in the room. Having to put down a $100 deposit was also a bit off-putting, especially for a short stay. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but definitely not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to. Just okay at best.

The hotel is brand new. It even smells new like I read in one of the other reviews. Check in went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and professional which was a pleasant surprise because you don't always find that at lower end hotels. Obviously with everything being brand new the room was clean, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the appliances, TV and such worked just fine. The living area and bathroom were roomy and it was a nice layout. Understandably though, the floors, counters, doors, countertops, we're all definitely lower-end material like laminate. It makes sense as this is an extended stay but it was certainly not anything that you would find in an average to expensive hotel. Hopefully though it will hold up and this will continue to be an excellent value!
