We absolutely loved our stay! It was so relaxing, and we enjoyed every minute of it. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed. The apartment felt just like home, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cleaners and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We honestly can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel. We’d definitely come back in the future!

The hotel's location is excellent, the food and service were excellent. The staff were very helpful in every way. Fidan Hanım, who was especially helpful when we welcomed , she was very helpful with her quick and helpful solutions for my lost luggage at the bus station. New aparthotel has fabulous pool area. Lovely and clean. Only negative was the irritating loud piano style pool music at 9.30 in the morning that could be heard on the balcony and in the room if the doors were open

After our first hotel turned out to be a disappointment, we booked Private Suites last minute and it was the best decision we could have made! The hotel is brand new and absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming (with the small exception of one young man in the restaurant who didn’t seem too enthusiastic at times). The restaurant itself is excellent, offering delicious food with a great price-quality ratio. We also enjoyed a full spa treatment with a massage, which was completely worth the money, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable; there are still a few small finishing touches to be made here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to several great restaurants and only about 25 minutes walk from Side center or a 5 minute drive. All in all, a top experience and definitely a place we would recommend!

The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor. Anyway, the Staff in restaurant was really nice.

Oda içerisinde mutfak olması ve süzgeçe kadar her şeyin en ince detayına kadar düşünülmesini biz çok beğendik. Personel genel olarak güler yüzlüydü ancak kahvaltıya ekstra para ödememize rağmen domates salata iki üç günden kalmış gibiydi, yumurta, omlet vs soğuktu ve mutfak personelinin kahvaltı sırasında yüksek sesle ‘aldıkları şeylerin yarısını yemeyip çöpe atacaklar’ demesi bizi çok rahatsız etti. Umarım mutfak kısmı biraz daha iyileştirilir. Konum olarak çarşıya yakın ve plaj imkanının olmasıda güzeldi.

Üzgünüm tatliş bebeklerim 😅💃 Resepsiyondaki Dilek hanımın güler yüzü ve yardımseverliğiyle çok keyifli bir tatil yaşadık. Havuzu temizdi, odalar çok temiz ve düzenliydi ki annem temizliğe çok önem verir onun onayından bile geçti öyle söyleyeyim 😁 biz 4 kişilik oda almıştık odada çamaşır makinesinden mikrodalgaya buzdolabına kadar her şey vardı. Havuzda kullanmak için havlu kartları çok mantıklıydı. Kumköyde anlaşmalı plajları var ve ulaşım için otelden araç götürüyor eğer aracınız yoksa. Antalya ya ilk gidişimdi ve tekrar gittiğimde de burada konaklamayı düşünüyorum. 🐬🐚🤍

Hotels com üzerinden aldığım 3 gece konaklama, Ücretsiz Açık büfe kahvaltısı, duşlarda kullanım için banyo lifinin ve dişfırcası setinin düşünülmesi. odada buzdolabi bulasik makinasi ketıl set ocak olması. Tüm mobilyaların yeni ve kullanışlı olması geniş balkonlarının ve masalarının şık ,gösterişli oluşu ev huziru sağlıyor her gün oda temizligi ve havlu degisimlerinin talep olmadan karşılanması ise çok güzel. tesisin kendi icerisinde marketinin bulunması bir cok şeye ulaşımıda kolaylaştırıyor. Ben havuz tercih etmiyorum ancak büyük bir havuzları vardı anlaşmalı plajlarında ücretsiz şemsiye ve sezlong sağlanması kolaylık ve lüx hissiyatını sağladı sidenin plajı ve denizi çok güzel çevresinde tarihi trustik gezi yapılabilecek yerlerin olması artısı. Kaldığımız oda gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Personeş sıcak kanlı ve yardımseverdi. Bir sorun olduğunda hemen çözüm buldular. Odalardaki beyaz eşyalar yeni ve temiz tv uygulamalrı ile akşam istediğniz fil ve diziyi izleyebiliyorsunuz. Odalar sakin ve ses geçirmiyor dışardan herhangi bir gürültü duymuyorsunuz.
