Hotel Phoenix was a great stay from start to finish. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. The small touches in the room really stood out—they thought of the little things that actually make a difference. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really great food that exceeded expectations. On top of that, the customer service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are incredibly well-appointed and immaculate. Every staff member I interacted with was super helpful and professional. The elevators are fast. The restaurant is gorgeous. It's obvious that they were going for a high level of service and quality, and they nailed it. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, but I did find the portions a bit small for the price. The only true negative I had was the construction noise, though I suppose that will be resolved eventually.

The property was immaculate and the staff were well mannered and extremely helpful, professional and well dressed. I'm extremely grateful that I chose to stay at The Hotel Phoenix. I appreciate the bell services and valet parking. I thought it was pricey at first but after I got settled and thought clearly about the trip. I realized that it was much safer to pay the price than risking parking in another area and risk a break-in and possibly having to file for insurance claims. I will be returning and looking forward to experiencing more exceptional experiences. Thank you staff for everything. 10 🌟's

Staff is top notch, greeting, carrying our bags to our room, offering fruit infused water, being kind and professional! We noticed we didn’t have washcloths and they were up to our room on the 14th floor within 5 minutes. City views were nice but the best part was the short 2 minute walk to the arena to catch a game! Will be staying here again. Only downfall is the overnight parking is steep at $65

From the check in at the front desk to the bellmen, the doorman, valet and the room-everything was wonderful. I had the best breakfast I'd had in years at a hotel where the bacon was crisp and not greasy and the omelet prepared to perfection. There was no cranberry juice available per my request for breakfast neither was there ginger ale available at night. The room upgrade was an issue even though I'm a member of their reward program I booked through a 3rd party. But lucky for me the very kind gentleman at check in heard my request as a disappointment and went ahead with the room upgrade. The room was stocked with a great selection of alcoholic beverages and snacks. The bed very comfortable. The only downside was the room was in the back near railroad tracks with trains running until midnight and starting up again around 7am. Did not try the pool because of the winter weather. The price was great for an overnight New Year's Day stay. I look forward to another stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, the restaurant downstairs (Zephyr) had great food and service. Super convenient and walking distance to multiple things as well. Parking was a breeze thanks to valet.
