The apartment itself deserves 5 stars but contributing factors bring it down to 2.5 stars. 26c / 78f is too warm for comfort inside when it is 99 outside. The thermostat is locked and cannot be adjusted. Sweating while you are trying to sleep really deserves a 1 star. We asked the host to lower the temperature but it never changed despite numerous attempts. This was a biggest issue. The dryer does not work. The host charged me an additional $50 for a “late check-in” charge yet it’s not posted anywhere that you have to check in at a certain time. It is not kid friendly. The residents below came up asking our kids to stop playing because it was too loud. Overall, the place is beautiful and a great location but I would not stay again. I was disappointed.
