It would have been a 4star due to the lack of plugs for the bathroom sinks (there were 2 in my room), am I the only one it annoys? But then the Breakfast took it back up to a 5, just lovely, tons of choice, and the scrambled eggs were divine, add the coffee machines that made vanilla latte's and I was in heaven. Other than that the room was really nice, the bed comfy and had a quiet fridge and personal safe. Loved it!

The room was spacious and bright. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety. The complementary coffee/tea, and water station at the reception is a nice touch. It also had free access for guests to the gym next door. There are nice restaurants nearby and the downtown area is within walking distance. The downsides: the bottle of water inside the room wasn't complementary (but it's clearly labeled as such). It was only possible to have 1 key to the room (for two persons) & in our room, the sink wasn't draining well. Nevertheless, we still had an enjoyable stay :)

Struttura a breve distanza dal centro di Karlsruhe. Camera molto confortevole. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità. Molto apprezzata l'accoglienza con drink, le bevande a disposizione gratuita per gli ospiti e la macchina per caffè espresso in camera. Unico appunto: un po' scomoda la rampa a doppio senso di marcia per l'accesso al parcheggio all'ultimo piano del palazzo

Sehr gutes Hotel für ein-zwei Übernachtungen im Zentrum von Karlsruhe mit kostenlosem Parken. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und mit Auswahl. Zimmer leider teilweise an der Straße gelegen (mit Straßenbahn). Penny Supermarkt direkt neben an. Kostenlose Kaffeemaschine und kostenloses Wasser im Empfangsbereich. Personal sehr freundlich. Das erste Zimmer, das wir bekamen, war seid den 90er nicht mehr renoviert worden und hatte Spinnenweben und Flecken an den Wänden und Haare im Bett. Außerdem roch es nach Chlor. Wir konnten in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Dieses war moderner und etwas sauberer, dafür funktionierten aber nicht alle Lampen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber nicht unbedingt von guter Qualität. Auch hier gab es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit, z.B. bei den Tischunterlagen oder den Stuhlkissen.
