Checking in was a very unpleasant experience. There was a problem with the prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com, and the reception staff rudely refused to fix the problem, instead suggesting we book another room and pay double. Refusing to help in any way, the staff even falsely denied that they used this booking service, leaving us to contact the booking provider ourselves while they watched passive-aggressively. The linen and pillowcases were stained, and the AC hardly worked. Not recommended.
