This "resort" is really a building who individual apartments are separately owned. Therefore the check in instructions are wrong and you should be communicating with the owner and not the resort. Check in/out was stressful and in the end we left our keys with the next door cafe! Our room was clean and functional. There are many rooms that are under construction and the place was only half full. The beach and swimming area is nice and there are a lot of places to sun bathe or swim. Outside is many are many shops and restaurants. Our room came with 2 towels. No other towel or paper products were available. While it had a kitchen with some cookware no soap or drying cloths. Worked well for a quick stay but could use more house goods.

The guy that was supposed to help us answered every two days and got mad when i adressed the issues i had. The room overfloweded with water and the beach didn’t look anything like the pictures. The pool was always overcrowded with locals and didn’t feel safe

The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as the breakfast not being honored. We decided to stay here because the reservation was not refundable once your stay began. Otherwise, for sure, we would have moved to another place.
